In-Store Pickup (Ghana Only)

If you’re based in Ghana, we also offer a convenient in-store pickup option once your order is ready. You will be notified via email or phone when your item is available for collection.

Pickup Guidelines

You have up to 15 days from the notification date to collect your order.
Please bring a printed copy of your order confirmation email and a valid state-issued ID (e.g., national ID or passport) for verification.

Third-Party Pickup

If someone else will collect the order on your behalf, kindly notify our Customer Service Team with:

Your order number
Full name of the authorised person

The authorised person must present:

A valid ID
A copy of the confirmation email from Mentrax Oro Jewellery
