Instalment and Hire Purchase

Production or customisation begins after the first instalment is received.

Failure to make subsequent payments may result in delays or forfeiture of other orders. Custom-branded gift cards require a minimum order of 300 pieces.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and delivered within 30 days of initial payment, unless otherwise stated.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of gold products, all sales are final. However, in cases of damage or defects on arrival, customers must report the issue within 3 working days for a possible replacement or resolution.
