Global Shipping & Nationwide Delivery

At Mentrax Oro Jewellery, we proudly offer worldwide shipping via trusted courier services, as well as nationwide delivery across Ghana, tailored to your convenience. All deliveries are processed upon request and completion of applicable delivery fees.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

• Domestic (Ghana): 2–5 business days
• International: 5–7 business days, depending on location and customs clearance

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, customs procedures, and order volume.

International Orders & Customs Duties

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by their local authorities.
 We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific information regarding charges in your country.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an Air Waybill (AWB) containing your tracking number, enabling you to monitor your package’s journey until it safely arrives at your designated address.

You may track your shipment at any time through the provided courier’s platform for real-time updates.

In-Store Pickup (Ghana Only)

If you’re based in Ghana, we also offer a convenient in-store pickup option once your order is ready. You will be notified via email or phone when your item is available for collection.

Pickup Guidelines

• You have up to 15 days from the notification date to collect your order.
  
  
• Please bring a printed copy of your order confirmation email and a valid state-issued ID (e.g., national ID or passport) for verification.
  
  

Third-Party Pickup

If someone else will collect the order on your behalf, kindly notify our Customer Service Team with:

• Your order number
• Full name of the authorised person
  
  

The authorised person must present:

• A valid ID
• A copy of the confirmation email from Mentrax Oro Jewellery
